FAQ’s

Can I prepay for my prescriptions online?
a. We usually accept payment at time of pickup/delivery. We accept cash, check or credit/debit card. You may keep a credit/debit card on file with B&B so that you can securely pay for your prescriptions easily each visit. We do not currently accept online payments.

How can I transfer my prescription(s) from another pharmacy?
a. Either stop by our location, call us, or fill out our online form (link) to transfer your prescriptions from another pharmacy to us. You can also bring in your prescription bottles and we will take care of the rest.

What if I forget to pick up my prescription at the time indicated?
a. We will hold your prescription for 14 days. After 14 days we will try to call you to see if you still need the medication. If we can’t reach you we will put the prescription back on “hold” on your profile. You can then refill it again when needed.

Can I pickup my family member’s prescription(s)? What info. will I need?
a. You must show proper identification and have permission on file from that family member or friend that you may pick up prescriptions for them.

Can I use my prescription insurance card at your pharmacy?
a. Yes, we accept all major insurance companies and discount cards.

Can you help me with Medicare Part D questions?
a. Yes, we have trained Medicare Part D professionals on staff in order to help you chose the plan that is best suited for your needs.

If I have no refills remaining, can I still request a refill online ?
a. Yes, we will contact your prescriber for you to request a refill. It normally takes around 48-72 hours for prescribers to respond to our request. You may either call us to check on the status of your refill or you can get set up to receive text or email notifications when your prescriptions are ready.

Can you deliver my prescriptions?
a. Yes, we will call you to schedule a delivery once we receive your request. In order to get your prescriptions delivered that day, please call before noon that day.
